One fixed monthly fee
Rent plus one fixed fee for water, electricity, heating, support and security. No meter readings and no separate utility bills.
Stay as long as you need
Book from 1 to 12 months and extend a year at a time. The longer the stay, the lower the monthly rent. It's the same rent for one or two people.
More than your room
A gym, co-working and meeting rooms, lounges and rooftop terraces in the house, included in your rent.
Support & security
Someone to call, day or night
Moving to a new city comes with questions. Our customer support answers them, and our security partner looks after the houses at night. Both are included in your monthly fee, which is rare among rentals in Tallinn.

I came here as an expat, and I didn't know how long I would stay. So I didn't want to invest in any furniture. It was really nice that Larsen already has everything, and the furniture is new and looks nice.
It was super easy to book my room at Larsen. All that was needed was my name and my signature.
When I started my job in Estonia I didn't know if I was going to like it and how long I was going to stay. The flexibility that Larsen offered was just great.
Every time I meet international people in Tallinn I ask them if they are staying at Larsen. And if they're not, they always know someone who is.
My favourite common area is definitely the rooftop. It is so nice for relaxing after work. In second place is either our lounge or the gym.
It is very easy to connect with new people at Larsen. Some of them are also from my university, which makes it very easy to become friends.
What do I pay each month?
Rent plus one fixed monthly fee that covers water, electricity, heating, customer support and security. Extras such as cleaning or parking are added only if you choose them. Before move-in you pay a one-time contract fee, the deposit and the first month.
How much is the deposit?
One month's rent. It comes back after you move out, minus the €94 final cleaning and any damage.
How long can I stay?
Book 1 to 12 months online, moving in on a Friday and out on the 1st or the 15th. A 12-month contract can be extended by another year. Need something else? Ask us.
Who do I call at night?
Customer support on +372 600 6440. If there's noise or trouble in the house outside support hours, our security partner is on +372 677 4896, 24/7, and sends a guard.
Can I bring a pet?
Small pets such as cats are welcome, and the deposit doubles. Have a dog? Write to us and we'll try to find a solution.
