• The offer is valid only for new tenants who have not previously stayed in any Larsen building.
• The offer applies to all long-term contracts (regardless of duration).
• The lease must start before the end of 2025 to be eligible.

• The 20% discount applies monthly to the base rent of all studios and lofts at Sume House.
• The discount does not apply to the contract fee, utility fees, or other service charges.

• Bookings can be made via the Larsen website, by email, or by phone.
• To activate the discount, clients must use the campaign code: HelloSume
• The code must be entered at booking or mentioned during communication with the Larsen team.

• The lease must be signed by October 31, 2025.
• The discount will be applied from the first invoice and will remain in effect until December 31, 2025.

• If the client ends their lease early, the discount remains valid for the period they stayed.
• This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
